Users may not post the same ad in multiple places. Wargeys.com, Inc. may take action to delete any posting or ad, for any reason, at any time. If a Wargeys member is believed to be misusing the service in any way, their account can be deactivated at the discretion of Wargeys.com, Inc. Wargeys.com, Inc. has the right to deactivate any member, for any reason, at any time.

Wargeys.com, Inc. is any of the transactions between users, in the event that users have disputes Wargeys.com, Inc. and its employees, officers, agents and directors are released from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Wargeys.com, Inc. does not edit the content posted by users. Therefore, Wargeys.com, Inc. is in no way responsible for the misrepresentation of a posting, or the success or failure of a transaction. Users may find other user’s information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense for your own safety.

If Wargeys.com, Inc. has reasonable grounds to suspect that any of the user’s information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Wargeys.com, Inc. may suspend or terminate that user’s account and prohibit any or all current or future use of  Wargeys.com and any other company affiliates.
